The time of the program downloading and installation depends on several factors:

Due to the questionnaire we found out that it is much better to make an online download rather than to wait for a CD/DVD disk with the program. Moreover we save some money on the hard disks themselves, delivery and tax on the delivery, just letting to download the software from the download area. There is no opportunity to do the online updates (because due to the agreements with the software vendors we simply are not allowed to do that), consequently it also influences the price.

9.Why do you purchase software cheaper than official brand providers do?
Given software was bought wholesale from the official brand providers: it is free from cover, record and transport expenses. You will receive a copy of the original software which is licensed version, but you will not get printed copies of documentation (i.e. licenses) – only the program itself and instructions in .txt format. The software doesn't support updates and couldn't be registered online, because the registration by official software vendor presupposes that you will receive the support directly from them, but purchasing from us you will deal with us and our specialists will give you the best support our company can provide.

We offer our customers the FULL versions ONLY - not upgrades. You don't need to have any previous versions of the software. After uninstalling you should also clear the REGISTRY (for PC software) from the corresponding entries.

No, after the purchasing of the software you will be redirected to download area. The link will be also duplicated in the e-mail which contains your order ID.
13.What format do the downloading files have?
All the files are packed into one .zip archive. After you unpack you will see the file read me.txt and proceed the installation process due to the installation instruction following it step by step.
14.How can I purchase more than one copy? Can I use purchased software for commercial purposes?
No. We sell the software for personal use only. We do not sell multiple copies.
